Anna Adasiewicz Managing Director
Anna had a stellar career with internationally recognized names such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, General Electric and Standard Bank before joining the exciting world of Food & Beverage. In 2008, FINDS founder Colette Koo and Anna met through mutual acquaintances in the Scandinavian expatriate community. Colette sought Anna’s help to run the business. At the height of the economic crisis, Anna saw an opportunity to refocus her tremendous leadership skills. She joined the FINDS Group as Chief Executive Officer. Whilst Colette battled bravely with cancer, Anna gradually took over management of the FINDS Group. Colette passed away in August 2010 and Anna has taken over full management responsibility since then.
Anna is the architect of the successful relocation of the group’s flagship restaurant, FINDS, from Hong Kong Island to Kowloon. The move brings a distinct and authentic European dining experience to a rapidly developing market.

Jaakko Sorsa Executive Chef
Celebrity chef Jaakko Sorsa has cooked for presidents and royalty, including Jacques Chirac, Bill Clinton, Vladimir Putin, the Swedish Royal Family, Saudi Arabian royalty, and countless dignitaries and business tycoons. Chef Jaakko was plucked direct from Helsinki, where he was instrumental in building up the success of two Michelin-star restaurant, Chez Dominique. Jaakko has been with FINDS ever since. His creativity and innate joy in sharing the best of Nordic lifestyle and contemporary Northern European cuisine are a driving force for the FINDS brand.
Since having settled in Hong Kong with his lovely wife, Kelly, Jaako has been elected President of Disciples Escoffier – Hong Kong. He has made numerous TV appearances and interviews with major magazines and broadsheets. He has also written a recipe book, SCAPAS DINING, which was recently nominated in Le Cordon Bleu's World Food Media Awards.

Michael Tomasik Restaurant Manager
FINDS believes that excellent food is better enjoyed when the best service is offered to customers. Michael Tomasik has been managing high acclaimed restaurants in Europe – London, in particular – before his wanderlust eventually brought him to Asia. Michael is naturally inquisitive, charming and self-effacing. Originally from Gdansk, a city on the Baltic Coast in Northern Poland, he is equipped with over 10 years of experience working with prestigious hospitality brands all over the world.
